Mike and Jyoti Van Buskirk, along with their two children, Joshua and Mahima, serve Jesus from their ministry base in Sikkim, India. They are working alongside Jyoti’s family who is from Sikkim. Jyoti is from India, and Mike is from Eugene, Oregon, USA. The Lord brought them together, and they were married August 31, 2002. Together they are impacting the nation of India and beyond for the glory of God!

Joshua was born October 28th, 2005 and Mahima on June 8th 2007.

We had lots of fun celebrating our little boy Joshua’s third birthday today. Check out a little video of the event, and it’s kinda like you were here celebrating with us!

We also had a great-kick off to a 3 day transformation event at our church. This event is taking place during the holiday of one of hinduism’s main festivals.

You’ve just got to check out this video! Our little boy Joshua has learned lots in his 28 months of life, and we’re so glad this is one of them!

He’s saying all kinds of things these days, and this seems to be one of his current favorites. He definetely hears it a lot.

A minister’s first ministry is to his family. I guess that’s the spiritual part of today’s post.
