Great things are happening in India, not only at our home base in Sikkim, but throughout this entire region through the ministries of many Domata India graduates whom we support. Together we are establishing “EPICENTERS” from which the glory of God can touch entire regions.
Here’s a glimpse of some of the great works that are being done, all of which you can get directly involved with as the Holy Spirit leads you. I’ve mentioned the costs involved so that you can know exactly what we are standing in faith for.
Pastor Samuel Sen Gupta has a growing work in West Bengal, and they are currently adding a room for children’s ministry on top of their church building. On Sunday’s, because of their growing congregation, they are running out of space. Having a room for children’s church is going to help them grow.
To finish this work, Pastor Samuel needs about $1500.
Pastor Sudhir Rana (far right) is another graduate who is doing a great work for the Lord in West Bengal and Assam. A church Sudhir is pastoring is in need of building reconstruction. Their current building is not ready to withstand the heavy torrential rains of monsoon season. To better construct their building they need $500.
In Titpur, West Bengal with Pastor Hansen, we are building an outreach center.
To finish the ground floor of construction, we need about $4000.
After the ground level is complete we will continue construction and build the top level.
Pastor Pintu Das and his team serve near the Bangladesh border of West Bengal, with an outreach to the unreached Sunderban islands. This year they have made plans to run a one month discipleship training school to train gospel workers.
The one month school will cost about $550.
As you can see, there are many wonderful opportunities before us. We would love to help cover all of these expenses. What’s it going to cost? Just $6650! With that we can do all of this; build a children’s church facility, reconstruct a church building, finish the first floor of an outreach center, and pay for a one month discipleship school!
