It is a small wonder. A Bengali delight!
West Bengal is full of such delights. It is a cultural mosaic. But beyond the chai, the color, and the noise, there lies a dark void. An absence of the gospel has left the precious people of Bengal wanting.
Well, Jesus wants Bengal! God is willing that none should perish, and we are aligned with His heart for this nation. Our efforts to reach the lost in West Bengal hinge on our partnerships with local minister’s of the gospel.
In one village, a growing church is in need of chairs for the people. Imagine sitting on a plastic chair in a small house fellowship, sipping a cup of chai and hearing the gospel for the first time! It’s happening friends, and we get to be a part of it.
Here’s the fellowship needing chairs. Each chair costs about $5.00. They are in need of 60 chairs, and we’re going to help them buy 40. They will still need 20 more, which will cost $100. If you’d like to help, we welcome you!
We’re thankful for these opportunities to help further the work of the gospel in India. And we’re thankful for those who are called alongside us for the cause of Christ in this land.
