REJOICE!!!
Jesus is just simply awesome. As many of you know, we’ve been walking out the Spirit’s leading in regard to new ministry opportunities in Shillong. Also, if you’ve been following this blog, you’ll recall that for the last two consecutive times our travels to Shillong have been severely hindered.
Well, make that three. Today a team of two from our ministry base in Sikkim ventured to Shillong; this time they’ve gone for the weekend to lead fellowship on Sunday in our newly planted church. I received the phone call about an hour after they left; I was informed that they had suddenly called a strike in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal, and travel would not be permitted. That is the same thing that happen the last two times we purposed to go and minister in this ripe harvest field. It just made me laugh.
I took authority over the matter; the minds involved, the spirits influencing and just the situation in general. Shortly following, I received another phone call and was told that the border was suddenly opened. Right now, our team of two is in route to Shillong. The devil’s in trouble and he knows it; in the words of T.L. Osborne, “poor devil.”
