The Lord has blessed us. We have two amazing children of our own, eleven precious boys and girls that the Lord has given us in addition to our own, and we have awesome ministry staff who make what we do possible. In appreciation for everyone’s hard work and to bless our children in a special way before school starts back up, we’re taking the whole crew to an amusement/water part on Thursday, which also happens to be Alfred’s birthday.
We’re mixing the summer fun in with another outreach in Siliguri, which happens on Wednesday. Everyone will come down the mountains and into the plains, all 16 of them, and meet up with us who are leaving a day early. We’re involving all of our “Hope Home” children in a big children’s outreach at the same location as our open-air meeting last month. The outreach location is also the site of our newly established fellowship that currently meets in a school hall.
So, it’s gonna be fun! We’re really looking forward to seeing all the children enjoy water slides, bumper cars, and the wave pool. We’re also looking forward to leading many more children into a relationship with Jesus! Please keep us in your prayers as we travel the next couple of days, and believe with us for a highly effective outreach and our on-going ministry to Siliguri, West Bengal.
