Progress is a process. (Say that three times real fast) 
. We all like the end, but don’t always enjoy the journey.
Notice how the progress in your life has been a process. On the job, in the ministry, at home with the kids…Progress is being made, and it’s all part of the process of God in our lives. He knows where you are, He knows where you’re going, and He knows what it’s going to take to get you there, and more importantly He knows how to keep you there.
If we take short cuts or try to do things our own way, we might get short-term results, but they won’t be the God-kind. Remember Abraham?
Don’t allow the craze for progress to cause you to miss the awareness of God’s process. He knows what He’s doing; enjoy it.
