Anything God has done, He desires to do again. Every act of power and goodness that God has wrought is a glimpse into His character and desire for mankind. If He’s done it before, He desires to do it again. If He’s done it for someone else, He can do it for you!
I’m encouraged by testimonies because it shows me what to expect. Testimonies or “stories” of what God has done aren’t boring, but are rather a challenge for our futures. Every recorded miracle in the Bible; all the signs and wonders, they all point us to our great God and should awaken in us a desire for those same acts to be accomplished through us.
Your testimony is powerful! The things God has done in you and for you is evidence of who He is. How will the world around you know what God is like unless you share with them what He has done?
