Great things are happening here in Sikkim! Last weekend we packed the church out with young people for a Valentines Day party. We were blessed to share the gospel with many who aren’t yet followers of Christ.
We’ve also begun the first week of our Hope Academy school year. This year we have 10 new students and for the next two weeks I am a substitute teacher! This is truly a dream coming true. Just look at our precious children…
Our school believes there is hope for every child, and our roots go deep into Christ. He is the hope of the world and an exciting future is ahead of us because through our school we will have the opportunity to lead more families to Jesus.
This year, thanks to our precious partners, we have newly renovated classrooms, new desks and classroom furniture, new toys to play on, and land of our very own!
On another note, switching gears from Sikkim to West Bengal, great things are happening there too! One dear pastor in the Embassy of Hope Network is constructing a new village church. Last week we were able to sow into the church construction which as you can see from the picture below is just getting started.
