Hearing from heaven is a must. God desires to speak, by His Spirit, to provide marching orders for each of His children. It’s not about hearing an audible voice, it’s about listening to the One in us – the mighty Holy Spirit.
Sometimes, His leading will be instant and we’ll know exactly what to do. Other times we need to wait. We need to pray, get quiet, meditate on scripture, and hear from heaven. But no matter how long it takes, it’s worth the wait.
Jeremiah 42:7
“And after ten days the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah.”
It might take one day, could take a week, maybe ten days, maybe more. No matter; we must be willing to wait for as long as it takes. We must receive the Word of the Lord! For our daily lives, for long-term ministry goals. For each detail. To know what to do, how to do it, and when.
Wait on Him friend, hear from heaven, and go forward with confidence! When you know His will there will be no uncertainty; just wait ’till you know and then GO!
