The recent disaster in our region of the world is not something we will quickly forget. Parts of Bihar and West Bengal were ravaged when a powerful storm struck, leaving thousands homeless and more than 100 people dead. There are estimates of over 100,000 homes being completely destroyed! Just imagine.
We want to do all that we can to help and our first step will be to send a scout team into the devastated area, which is less than 200 miles away from where we live. Once we get out of the mountains it’ll be  a straight shot down the highway for about 80 miles. Once we reach the area we’ll trust the Lord to lead us to the right village. In that village we’ll begin talks with the local leadership, and from there we will progress.
This is a faith endeavor. In my heart I can envision rebuilding at least 100 homes, perhaps digging a well, and planting a church!
