We are rejoicing in the Lord and His wonderful faithfulness! On Sunday, my home church in Eugene – Church of the Harvest – took the time to focus on missions and watched the video we posted featuring the five new boys in our Hope Home. You can view the video here if you haven’t already.
Well, upon watching the video, there was an immediate response from the congregation to support these five new orphan boys. All of them now have sponsors – praise Jesus! It’s really awesome to see God come through, and it’s so fun the way He involves us in His plan.
I have a very strong conviction that as a ministy, when the Lord gives us a new assignment, His people will faithfull rise to the occasion. I believe completely that God speaks to His people and that His people obey! That really takes the pressure off of us, and just allows us to reach out and bless others; knowing that provision will always be.
Praise God! That brings tears to my eyes – God is so awesome and always faithful!
