We are amplifying our purpose in India. At church Wednesday night, we emphasized the following:
- Our Mission! Why are we here?
- Our Vision! Where are we going?
- Our Strategy! How will we get there?
Along with our leadership team, and our church members in Sikkim, we are answering these questions. We are reminding and refocusing the saints here; unifying hearts and minds to fulfill the purpose of God. We know that God has big plans for our church and ministry in India. He has big plans for every church and every ministry – everywhere!
We believe a clear mission, vision and strategy are essential to the development of a church, ministry or any team in general. If you are a leader in any capacity, I encourage you to effectively communicate these essential elements to your team. Of course, you may have already done this; we just pray that God’s purpose for you will continue to be accomplished!
