We have wonderful news! The Lord has given us another precious little girl to take in, and invest our lives into.
The scars on her head and face tell the story of her abused childhood; being often beat during her now expired dad’s drunken rages. She grew up in a slum, never attended school, and has worked as a household servant. She’s just twelve years old, and until now her life had very little hope…
We rejoice in this wonderful God-given opportunity to provide this precious little girl with a bright future. Please uphold Maneesha in your prayers: that she would adjust well, and that the Lord would give us wisdom in helping her to excel academically.
Because she never attended school her learning level is that of a pre-schooler, but we believe that with the right love and care she will progress rapidly. Thank you for praying.
