“Send the rain, send the rain!” A familiar plea of the hungry and thirsty. And God has promised to send the rain indeed for those of us who will do one thing. Worship is the key. We must worship the King.
Zechariah 14:17
“And it shall be that whoso of the families of the earth shall not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, upon them there shall be no rain.”
Rain descends where worship arises. If you will be a worshipper, you will have the rain. It’s simple yet profound. Worship does something, it creates an environment and releases power in the spiritual realm available no other way.
If you want the rain of the Spirit in your life you must be a worshipper. So go ahead and cultivate worship-fullness in your life…lift your hands to King Jesus, lift your voice. Worship Him, worship the King. Something will happen within and without and rain will be released in your life!
