It’s one thing to know or believe something, and it’s another thing to actually do something because of what you know and believe.

I know people need Jesus. I believe they need Him. But what am I going to do because of what I know and believe?

Knowing and believing alone won’t necessarily accomplish anything; it’s only when those virtues produce action that the worth of my knowledge and faith are realized.

Jeremiah 13:12

“Therefore you shall speak to them this word: Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: Every bottle and jar should be filled with wine. [The people] will say to you, Do we not certainly know that every bottle and jar should be filled with wine?”

It’s been said, “Faith begins where the will of God is known”. I want to emphasize the begins part and remember, faith does not end where the will of God is known. Knowledge is just the beginning.

If you know people need Jesus, begin taking steps to intoduce them.

If you know you need to be filled, take steps to be filled.

Don’t just know. Do. Knowledge that isn’t acted on is a waste, but I’m sure you know that.
