We’ve been busy beginning this year’s academic year, which is off to a great start! I know the Lord will use this aspect of our ministry to touch many lives in the coming days. Our students, their families, and others in our community are already being impacted and we’re excited for all the other lives that God will touch in the future through Hope Academy as well.
Initially, the school began with the intention of providing education just for our kids. Here’s 9 of our children with their beautiful smiling faces…
We now see, though, that in addition to our children benefiting from our school many other children will as well. The school has also provided a means of employment for a qualified teaching staff, most of whom are from our local church in Sikkim and who also work for the church. It’s amazing to me that we now employ 13 full time staff members, and God continues to stretch us as we look to Him for our next steps.
We want to thank you for standing with us as we continue to reach out to the precious people of India. Your prayers and support are making a big difference. Not only in our lives, but in our 14 children and 13 staff member’s lives as well!
