Our Siliguri outreach on Tuesday was a great success. We accomplished exactly what we set out to do; we brought the gospel and the power of God to a people in great need. In dark places, like the one we visited, the enemy has done his best to oppress and afflict, and it’s our job to destroy the yokes of the enemy. The work has begun!
Our outreach was designed to give us an avenue through which long-term work could be established. To truly undue the works of the enemy, we must do more than proclaim the gospel. We must begin to make disciples as well. This will be accomplished by a church plant in the outreach location, on-going visits from our ministry team, and invitations to potential leaders to join our next session of Ambassador Academy.
It’s always exciting to plow new territory and take new ground for the Kingdom of God! Thank you for continuing to stand with us in prayer. Pray for Siliguri, pray for the Adivasi’s and specifically for the Satri language group, which is where our new work is focused.
